In order to standardize the electromagnetic compatibility of information technology equipment, multimedia equipment and receivers, and establish complete electromagnetic compatibility (EMI) requirements, it was proposed and sorted out by the National Radio Interference Standardization Technical Committee, and the standard GB/ T9254.1, the release of this standard is to meet the development requirements of the electronic product manufacturing industry and make the product certification test more reasonable and accurate. Measurement Methods" and GB/T13837-2012 "Sound and TV Broadcast Receivers and Related Equipment Radio Disturbance Characteristics Limits and Measurement Methods", which integrates the technical content of GB/T 9254-2008 and GB/T13837-2012. In order to meet the needs of my country's national conditions, GB/T9254.1 has been revised and adopted the international standard CISPR32.
Differences between GB/T 9254.1 and GB/T 9254
1. Scope of application
GB/T 9254.1 applies to information technology equipment, audio equipment, video equipment, broadcast receiving equipment, entertainment lighting control equipment and their combinations whose rated AC voltage RMS or DC voltage does not exceed 600V, and also applies to the above equipment for professional use.
Not applicable to intentional emissions from radio transmitters as defined by ITU, nor to spurious emissions associated with these intentional emissions.
GB/T9254.1 is not applicable to field test. GB/T9254 allows measurement at the user's installation site.
2. Equipment under test (EUT) classification
GB/T 9254.1 also divides the equipment under test (EUT) into Class A and Class B. The definitions are the same as those in GB/T 9254, but the warnings for Class A equipment are different.

Chapter 7
GB/T 9254.1
Warning: This product may cause radio interference when operating in a domestic environment.
GB/T 9254
Warning: This is a Class A product, which may cause radio interference in a living environment. In this case, the user may be required to take practical measures for the interference.
3. Comparison of test items
