CNCA Announcement No. 19 in 2008 "Announcement on CNCA's Announcement on the Implementation Rules for Cancellation, Suspension and Revocation of Compulsory Product Certification Certificates" stipulates that when any of the following circumstances occurs, the certification body shall revoke the certification certificate :
(1) At the expiration of the suspension period of the certification certificate, the certification client has not submitted an application for the restoration of the certification certificate, has not taken rectification measures, or is still unqualified after rectification;
(2) The key components, specifications and models of the certified product, as well as the design, structure, process and important material/raw material production enterprises related to the safety of the whole machine or electromagnetic compatibility, have changed, resulting in serious safety hazards for the product;
(3) The follow-up inspection results of the certification body prove that there are serious defects in the quality assurance capability of the factory;
(4) The certification client provides false samples, and the certified product is inconsistent with the type test sample;
(5) The certification client/related party violates national laws and regulations, and the results of national or provincial supervision and spot checks prove that the product has serious defects, the product safety testing items are unqualified or there are serious problems with consistency;
(6) Quality and safety accidents caused by defects in certified products;
(7) Those who still refuse to accept supervisory inspection or supervisory sampling inspection after the certificate is suspended due to clauses 5.1 (5) and (6), or still do not cooperate with sampling samples from the market or sales place for inspection;
(8) The certification client/related party fails to use the certification certificate and certification mark as required, leases, lends or transfers the certification certificate or certification mark, and the circumstances are serious;
(9) fraudulent use of fraud, bribery and other improper means to obtain certification certificates, or other serious violations of laws and regulations that directly affect the validity of the certification results;
(10) Other situations where the certification certificate should be revoked.
