On the eve of the March 15 International Consumer Rights Day, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued consumer tips for eight categories of products, including child safety seats, to help consumers purchase and use related products scientifically.
Infant crawling mats are used to prevent children from bruising and falling when they are learning to walk. They are often used in homes and preschool education institutions. Consumers should pay attention to the following points when purchasing and using:
1. Common sense of purchase
1. Purchase products through formal channels, ask for and keep invoices or purchase certificates, and pay attention to check whether the product information such as company name, product name, specification and model, safety warning, factory certificate, and implementation standards are complete.
2. The crawling mat for infants and young children has been listed as a national compulsory certification product, and consumers should choose products with the national compulsory certification "CCC" mark.
3. Choose products without obvious irritating odor when purchasing.
4. It is recommended to choose a product with a small number of plug-ins, a large shape, and a good material toughness that is not easy to be pulled and broken.
2. Use common sense
1. Packaging materials such as plastic bags and ropes should be put away or discarded in time to avoid accidental injury caused by children playing.
2. Before use, it is recommended to clean the product by washing or drying; keep the paving floor clean and dry to prevent the product from sliding and getting damp.
3. The pattern of the crawling mat will have a strong attraction for infants and young children, and infants and young children should be prevented from biting and licking in time.
4. The crawling mat should be checked frequently for wear or cracks to prevent infants and young children from accidentally eating small parts or debris.
